With years of hands-on experience in the real estate sector, Mr. S. Rajarajan has successfully established two sister concerns — AARA Infra and Rasi Homes — dedicated to the construction and development projects of Oviyam Developers.
Beginning his journey in 2007, his passion for real estate combined with his background in Computer Science inspired him to create projects that are transparent, approval-driven, and customer-centric. His priority has always been to develop layouts only after securing proper government approvals, ensuring safety, legality, and reliability for every customer. He continues to extend his support to clients even after project completion.
